Toronto is the world’s most multicultural city according to the United Nations. Start with the old part of town, browse at the St. Lawrence market, compare Old City Hall to New City Hall, see the University of Toronto, Bloor Street, trendy Yorkville, Casa Loma, Kensington market, Chinatown.
If you wish we can visit the Bata Shoe Museum, the Art Gallery, the new aquarium, Skydome and CN Tower – for thirty years the world’s tallest free-standing structure. Lunch: an authentic dim sum or Indian buffet; then sample local beer at the distillery district.
$250 for the whole day for two persons. Includes pick up at your hotel, transportation, all parking, and Bata Shoe Museum.
$25 extra for third person.
Niagara Falls is two hours south of Toronto. The Hornblower boat ride is a must; you have not ‘done’ Niagara until you have been on it. Afterwards we follow the Niagara River to Lake Ontario on the scenic route. We can ride the Spanish aerocar above the world’s largest natural whirlpool, do the 12-minute helicopter ride, visit the tropical Butterfly Conservatory and the botanical garden grounds. Arrive to the prettiest town in southern Ontario, Niagara-on-the-Lake where we will stroll, and taste some price winning ice-wines.
$450* for two persons, $75 surcharge for third. Includes transportation, all parking, Hornblower, Spanish aerocar, Butterfly Conservatory, and ice wine tasting.
*Does not include helicopter ride or the horse-drawn carriage in the botanical gardens and lunch.
St. Jacobs is a lovely village an hour and a half west of Toronto. Go back in time and learn how Mennonites live their daily lives. A horse drawn carriage takes you into a Mennonite farm. After browsing the market we drive into the centre of the village to have lunch, see the tiny Mennonite museum and the silos. If we feel like it we can view the Kissing Bridge, the only covered bridge left in Ontario. We need to leave early in order to catch the hustle and bustle of the market.
$295 for two persons, $40 surcharge for third. Includes transportation, ride with the horse-drawn carriage, the Mennonite museum, sit-down-lunch in the village and afternoon coffee with apple pie, which is a Mennonite staple.
Only in the summertime and early autumn. Only Thursdays and Saturdays.
Visit this 17th century partly reconstructed village about two hours north of Toronto, where the French and the Wendat Indians lived side by side. Meet a few Ojibwa Indians; learn about their way of living. The Martyr’s Shrine is walking distance from the village. Then a five minute drive to Midland which is known for its murals. Would you like a 2.5 hour mid-afternoon boat ride in the Georgian Bay or a swim in the ‘Little Lake’?
$295* for two persons, $40 surcharge for third. Includes transportation, parking, entrance fee to the Indian village and the shrine.
Only in the summertime and early autumn. *Does not include 2.5 hour boat ride in the Georgian Bay, and lunch.
One of the largest galleries in Ontario, the scenic McMichael Gallery just north of Toronto hosts the paintings of the Group of Seven; on the top floor they also have native Indian and Inuit art. The charming village of Kleinburg with several tiny restaurants is a few minutes away. If you have a late afternoon or evening flight to catch, this is the perfect trip for you. I will pick you up in the morning with your luggage; we do the McMichael gallery, then off to the airport. So much nicer than just sitting in your hotel doing nothing.
$225* for a person. Includes entrance to the Gallery, transportation, parking, and taking you to the airport.
*Does not include lunch in Kleinburg village. Available only in the summertime
and early autumn.
Come to African Lion Safari where the animals from several continents roam free and we right among them in my car with closed windows.
Have you looked an ostrich in the eye? Do you know how big its lashes are? Have you seen elephants play in the mud right in front of you? Do you know what colour a giraffe's tongue is? Come and find out.
$225* for a person. Includes guiding, transportation, ride with own car inside the compound and the little boat ride.
*Does not include entrance fee ($36 Adult, $34 Senior, $27 Child) and lunch.
Available only in the summertime and early autumn.
Experience Toronto between flights. I will wait for you when you exit the inner sanctum of airport officials. I will show you around Toronto as time permits, and bring you back to exactly the spot where you need to board your next plane. Much nicer than hanging out at a stuffy airport for hours.
Need your flight information: date, from where, flight number, arrival time, and when your next flight leaves and to where.
$250 one to three persons. Includes pick up and delivery from and to either Toronto airports, all parking.
Book a fun, private trip to see Toronto or vicinity. Whether it is to Niagara, African Lion Safari or some other special place, I am at your service.
I will pick you up at your hotel or at the airport with my red 2018 Toyota Corolla.
Please send me your time of arrival, dates you wish to tour, local address or flight information, your specific needs and telephone number if you wish me to contact you by phone.
"Wonderful tour to Niagara. Timely and everything taken care of – even down to bottled water and homemade cake for the journey. Would recommend this over the organized bus tours – nothing was too much trouble."
"We both totally enjoyed being with you. You provided us with a great orientation of Toronto and St. Jacobs. We will take back fond memories of our two days with you. Thanks again."

"Adeodata not only made our vacation special, she made it one of the best tours we have ever had.
She made Toronto come alive for us with her wonderful sense of humor, her sense of culture and area knowledge. We can’t say enough good things about her."
Thank you for our great tour of Toronto. You are a wonderful teacher and your pride in your city was obvious. Now, we love Toronto also.
Jobb kezekben nem is lehettünk volna. Életre szóló élménnyel lettünk gazdagabbak. Az az élmény már a miénk örökre. Nagyon köszönjük.
